It was supposed to be different models for each character, but it was my first time animating 3D acting in Maya, so I had a lot of problems with the rigs =P. My first time participating too!

First off... wasn't expecting that x)
But as for the animation, it was wonderfully done! The expressions are expurgated to a cartoony degree where it's complimented quite well, and the motion is smooth and quite well done. Good job.
