This has a lot going for it. The camera movement before the first cut actually adds a lot. Acting is good, gestures are complex and nonlinear. Timing could he better, and it lacks polish, but still very nice. I don't think I've ever seen these rigs used this effectively or this expressively before.

The motions can be slow and floaty and the sync with the audio is off in some places

The animation is pretty good. Although the lip syncing could use some improvements.
