There's some good acting here, but it needs a little more anticipation, some of the actions read a little too fast and information is lost.

You’re almost there. The motions seem to be miming the dialogue but only just a bit the bigger problem is the speed of the animation at the beginning is way too fast but the 2nd half of the video around 139 reaches that sweet spot where all the issues from the first part of the video seem to be addressed.
