Its really well made. Something that I did notice though was that whenever one of the character aren't talking, the amount of movement they make is dropped simnifically compared to when they talk. Maybe they could move a bit less when they are talking, especially person 1's head.

hand on the shoulder is wrong it looks like the hand comes out of the shoulder

This is really good. Animation is great, timing is decent. However, animators also need to tell stories, and this is about as context-free as it gets with not even a badge or a prop to suggest who these people are. As good as you are technically, you also need to transcend the audio clip and give the viewer more than what the audio alone provides in the way of story.
