Nice! I think the acting is working! i think the timing is a little even and soft, I would give more contrast to it. watch the pupils of the pink guy, sometimes they almost disappear, try to make them a little more visible. Keep it up!

I really liked the eye roll animation for the guy on the left, plus the small details such as the guy on the right leaning over to eat a donut before he's rudely interrupted!

Be careful about the head angles here, pink guy's pupils almost disappear as he turns his head in the beginning.
