Nice work! I like the style and acting of the main guy. It would be nice if you kept the background characters alive even a little bit so that they aren't completely frozen the whole time. Even just a head turn, or eye-dart from each of them would work.

Great choice in art style, but the girl's ponytail doesn't sway while her head moves except when it turns sharply.
