Nice job with this! When he stops rowing I wish there was a little bit of motion in his fingers. Right now his hands are very stationary.

Great, if only you had more time, you could have make the lizard less stiff

The acting is good. Some body parts are too stiff, so add a bit of movement.
It would be a good idea animating the camera to add the motion of the sea.
