some of the movement feels very jerky/rushed, like they're trying to move too far a distance in too short a time. Similarly, some of the movements seem to hit a little behind the timing of the audio, but the lipsync seems to be on point (so it's probably not a sync issue).
The poster on the wall is also mirrored/backwards, I'm guessing you originally had the shot facing the other way..?

The camera movement is a little much when the waitress lists off the options. The waitress movements are a little too fast when she picks up the first bottle. Otherwise, great hair animation and finger and body animation all around. Great work.
