The timing is a bit off, maybe try smoothing the acting a little too

Nicely rendered, rather robotic and stiff. Blocking is terrific. Needs more polishing to make the movements more natural and life-like. Perhaps look up "12 Principles of Animation" on Youtube? And "loosening up your animation"?
