This animation looks like it was animated by a kid.

So my advice would be to look at Inside Edition type conversations (for video reference), learn the 12 Principles of Animation, watch Alan Becker's animation lessions/breakdowns, visit AnimatorIsland, stay in school and stay out of trouble.
