It's a clear case of running out of time, but the start is good, and the lips are slightly stiffer than they should be, but the character designs are my favorite here.

The linework is nicely done, especially with the lady talking. While the fluidity of the animation looks static at times, it was great for the most part. Moreover, the visual narrative has an awkwardness to it that lines up well with the dialogue used.
