The man in the background could have been closer to the screen but I like the animation, lip sync and poses throughout.

I like the subtle acting very much.
I suggest some improvements though :
- Characters are very "vertical"stand very straight, poses lack line of action
- Interpolation lack ease in / out, it looks a bit linear
- You could suggest better the weight of the rifle / the effort needed to load it
