The lip sync needs some tlc. Especially in the beginning. Looks good though! :-)

Needs a lot of work on lipsynch but character animation is good.

Pretty nice overall. The lip-syncing seems a beat behind on most lines. You might be able to take the lip-syncing keys and just move them all earlier a frame or two. I like how you used the subtle background noises in the audio for his tinkering.
