What? I don't know what's going on with the scene. Is he on the toilet? Is he watching a movie? The lip-syncing was totally wrong, so I'm assuming it was unfinished.

I like the set-up of the first man talking off screen and the subtle movements on the man you can see, but his lip sync needs more work.
