Movements look sluggish and slow. It makes it look less natural. If they are on high alert, their overall body motions may be slow, but their eye darts, and maybe head movements would be quicker. Don't be afraid if quick movement.

Lip sync needs more work but I like the idea of the men holding their guns and the movement is minimal yet smooth.
