The contours on the teacups are a bit thin, making it hard to see the animation on them.
Before the "Scuse me one moment" action, there should be an anticipatory action hinting to the viewer that a bigger action is about to happen.
The girl blinks, but the man does not.
The arm move from 178-185 is drastic. The elbow actually goes back and forth which I think is what is making it so big of a movement.
