This is a project that we had to do for our animation class at school. There's a lot of stuff I need to work on.

There's some good wing movement, and I like your cut to the other bird. I noticed the second character's eyes look a bit tired in the first shot but more lively in the 2nd. I think that needs to be more consistent. Also when the bird turns on the last shot, it's feet don't move.

the timing of the lip sync is pretty good. It could use more movement in the body. The wing spread could use some more ease in and ease out.
