It seems you were trying to give the guy character some mannerisms to his movements. The constantly bowing character that has a short attention span. Maybe vary the timing on his movements.

he moves too fast with out pauses, review the timing

tone down some of the rocking movements, or make sure there is believable counter-balancing in the body.
