Really smooth and natural. Love the attitude of the guy. My only suggestion would be to tone down the guys movements a bit. He feels a bit too busy at points, so maybe a few less key poses. That's being picky though, this is really well done!

The man is in constant motion. I would prefer a few short moving holds so my eyes can rest. A longer time watching him would probably make me nauseous.
Overall very well done.
