What is with the frame ratio? Even not counting that, it's too stiff and lacks expression/movement.

This animation still looks like it's in blocking stage. If it is I think it'd be good to look at the key poses and try and make them more dynamic/interesting to look at as it feels stiff at the moment.

To slow and clunky to see the actual animation, I'm not sure if their lips are out of sync or the video file is slow. Besides that the mother only moves her head and arm at first, and makes an awkward back bend when leaning in. You'll need some more subtle movements to make it a bit more natural
