Yes, it is fully rendered and colored, and looks like a finished product, but the expressions and movements are too basic, few and stiff.

The animation is a bit too quick, but I do like the set up.

Your character designs are very charming. There is some delay to the character's mouth movements when the audio begins to start. The mother's mouth movements are well timed, but after she takes the bottle from the girl it looks awkward from that angle. The audio also cuts off at the end.
