This is high quality here! Great setup, designs, rendering, and this is a fitting interpretation of the dialogue. (Didn't see Mean Girls so can't tell if it's similar) Expressed with sobriety. Maybe I am partial to the rendering, but the whole thing feels appropriate.

Great work! A nice setting and funny chemistry between the characters. My only critique is the jump-cut around frame 300, you are cutting between too similar shots and that makes it look like a glitch instead of a choice. Congratulations

Great setup! The only thing is that camera cut to the mother. Instead of cutting, I think maybe a fast zoom-in with the girl still in the shot as an over-the-shoulder.
Also, love when the mom moves the drink. Cool spin

OMG! this is so great. hahaha.
pretty much same idea with my submission. but much better execution then mine.
the only thing that i notice weird, when the girl see her mom's drink. that drink seems closer than the next shot. *just small details though..
