Poses are quite stiff and unnatural. I can see what you're going for and I like the intent of the acting. Though what would be good in the future is to take a video reference, see how you act it out (with the subtleties of natural movement) and get the key poses just right. If you don't make strong key poses, the animation won't be as good.

way too dark, i can't see person 1 at all and i thinkg i'm supposed to. nice acting on guy 2 though.
