Good! Here are some comments.
- Adjust the staging. The top third of the framing is just walls, and some of the facial acting gets lost because the characters are too far away.
- Try to manage the viewer's attention. We should be looking at the blond guy when he is talking, but the other one picks the mug in an exagerated motion that draws attention to him unnecessarily.
- The way the guy in blue grabs the mug is super weird. How is he drinking? Make him grab it by the handle or by the side.
- There is some elbow popping when Blond Guy pushes himself away from the desk.

It's good, the characters feel alive and believable. The spinning of the chair part can be more refined i guess
