Good, a little floaty some times but overall it feels alive and conveys character. There doesn't seem to be a good reason for leaving the other guy off-frame, though. Nice pose variation around frame 45.

This is a very basic shot. Only one of the characters is actually shown and while it does have a couple of good expressions, the animation itself is rather dull.
