Fernando Incetta
Splining needs a lot of work, it's very floaty right now. Emphazise the facial acting more, specially at that distance.
Tasha Howe
The left guy seems to be missing an eyebrow. Splines need a lot more refinement but can tell the thought processes you are trying to communicate. improving the timing and even stronger posing will help you alot.
