I'd work on the mouth movements. The mouths just seem to open and close.

Poses are problematic. The Yellow guy is standing in a very standard rigged way. Relax his hips and his knees, and try to find a quick and appealing way to add character with his stance.
Blue shirt guy, his legs are very hard to read, the fact that both shoes and pants are black make it worse.
For the splining, I recommend working on stepped keys first and try to find fewer but stronger poses.

The animation for the guy in the blue shirt is actually pretty solid, but the guy in the yellow shirt's movements could use some improvement. His arms remain a bit too close to his sides and at around 215 frames it looks like his model is slightly off of the ground. The overall perspective for him feels off around that point.
