This is my 1st time ever to vote on an animation. I'm not an experienced animator (or even any kind of animator, for that matter), but I'm not really finding anything wrong with this. I don't want to give it eleven stars right off the bat, though, because I just don't know. I might come back at the end of judging to see if my vote has changed.
Update:
My vote here didn't change. I like the differences in movement of the two, but maybe the lanky guy could be influenced by gravity just a hair more (his backpack looks like it could be heavy), and ever so slightly less staccato movement.

You have some really nice poses but a lot of them are redundant. You should keep only the ones necessary to communicate what you want otherwise the viewer will get confused/
