too many beats need to simplify for instance, dips spoon in cup takes out and immediately dips back in only to pull out again
make your actions deliberate

up and down too exagerated in the begening....and maybe try to work your rythm and accents..everything is moving all the time...

Good idea, just try to maintain a big pose and animate secondary actions within that pose, a lot of movements distract from the audio and you can't read the character
