I think the animation is pretty good, however the story telling could be a bit better as a lot of things heppen off screen that take away from telling the story, I also think there could be a little better silhouette in Raphael in a couple spots.

Good work ! Your character has a good outline and we understand which intention you wanted to give. You have a great sens of timing. In my opinion, you overestimated too much the acting of your characters. The voice in the audio seems more calm than this dynamic ninja turtle :))
It's a shame you couldn't animate the movement when Raphaël moves away. It breaks the rhythme of your animation as you didn't put a smear frame or something like this :))
