Cute animation, and a good effort for what was presented, but given that the competition revolves around animation, choosing fish as a subject seems like a poor decision given their simple mechanics

I loved the idea ! Good thing to introduce the fisherman at the beginning, it makes sens with the rest of your animation. I understand it's a fish so it's not easy to bring out its emotions, but I'm not really sure it was a good choice of chara desig to show the acting of your character.

Character animation is great, feels very natural. I think the lip sync could use a bit more attention and this would be amazing
