i think if he opened his mouth a tiny bit less in some of the sounds the lip synch would look really good and more natural. expressions are really nice

Nice attempt but learn the 12 principles of animation.

This is pretty well executed. I watched it several times and picked up a new nuance each time. The counting on his fingers during "humble, respectful" was a really nice touch! You forgot to make him blink in the second half of the video (no blinks between 104 - 239). But the hands, the eyebrows, arms, everything else was really nicely done.
