The characters don't look like they belong to the same universe. They're drawn in different styles which combined with the uncolored background is a bit distracting. I would animate characters that are drawn in the same style and keep a consistent color/lack there of between characters and background.

I like the dynamic movements! A lot of the animation happening around the window itself shows good posing and/or follow through. I think if there were more dynamic movements like when the orange character closed the window, it could elevate the quality of the animation even more.
