I feel like this might be someone in early college or something.
The animator has potential, and the staging is great, but the chunky Youtube style is something that I believe is something early animators flock to because it's widespread and less combersome than something like conventional TV.
So the old "try out different styles" might be generic advice, but I think it can work.
