Where did you get your spider-man-alian rigg? I love it!
IMO...I think the human's arms feel stiff. Between frames 227 and 239 while his hands are moving up maybe put a little more arch into that movement. Then, when his hand is moving towards his body (239-255) have the wrist lead the movement and the fingers drag behind, not actually making contact with the body until after the wrist has arrived at its destination.
