It's like the poses are all overlapping, or maybe you don't have any? The dialogue is not missing strong intonations and rythm though! Maybe you tried straight ahead animation, but it still lacks real intentions.

Background is very distracting with those saturated colors and textures, take it out. He also pops out of his frozen pose. His bent leg should have all the weight on it, but it glides around. Work on natural hand and body poses, they look pretty stiff.
