The lady's folded arm pose looks a little awkard (might be difficult to achieve with the rig though?). Nice staging and set :)

Nice performances overall and good looking characters. The lip sync could use some polishing for sure, and her eyes pop open at 363, which is distracting.

The arm cross on the female in the beginning seems stiff and unnatural. Good work though! :)

Looks really nice, but reminds me of an animation director I had at the beginning of my career that would say "never never NEVER point, it always looks un-natural and forced" I think he was right, its just something to avoid whenever possible.
Also I think just a few more hours spent on the lip-shapes could have really made this animation shine.
