The staging is so strange. Zoom in on the character. It'll improve the performance.

When the foot comes up, the entire body should shift with it's unbalanced weight, it's a good start though. Add some rythm, weight and a more thorough lips animation and you're good to go!

Composition leaves a lot of empty space. Animation is also pretty floaty.

The gesture of the character is interesting and quite expressive but it would have been nice if the camera had a move or several cuts in the animation to see the character from different angles
