Make the mouth movements bigger it looks like they're whispering.
Like the nose. Pretty decent overall. I would try and get more emotion into the guys eyes.

Amusing setup, I love your use of the nose controllers! Always wondered what you could possibly do with those. I like their small movements for most of the 11 seconds, but when he presses the button at the end, it seems too exaggerated to me considering the subtlety of the rest of the animation. Good job though!
