you need to work on getting better facial expressions and you need to learn how to do the speech properly as there were a lot of parts where it did not look like they were talking properly

Work on lip sync and smoother movements.

Your lip sync looks pretty off, like their mouths are making completely different sounds. I suggest practicing by looking into a mirror while talking, to see how your mouth actually moves. It helps a lot!
