Ok poses, timing is okay. Fluid movement needs work.

your scene was far far too bright and you needed to see the girl speaking and you didn't have enough movement in the animation on certain parts of the character and you needed a stronger storyline

I think you're in the right direction, but your movements are kind of robotic. Try not to have such a smooth move from one key pose to the next, vary in speeds and don't let everything move at the same time (curl and stretch fingers, etc.).
