The parts when they're standing on the ground flat are best. Transitions, like the step down, have to have enough time and also follow through rather than stopping completely:)

Hello there. My recommendation for you would be to practice your posing skills. Focus on contrapposto and line of action. Also make sure you remember your character's center of gravity and how it shifts, and check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.
