Hello. Love your characters, especially the bear. My advice to you is to play with your timing. There are many moments where the animation seems stiff, possibly out of style preference? I think this would benefit with a more organic approach (doesn't mean it still can't be cartoony). Check out Aaron Blaise; he directed "Brother Bear" and is a Disney icon for animal animation.
