You've done some good work here, subtle and letting the face do all the performance. Focusing on the face means that there's a lot of scrutiny to be placed on the lip sync, which could perhaps use another pass. I noticed it moreso when he says "here at midday".

There are a couple of little snaps and errors in the girls arm motions. Watch her hand on the door at around frame 77, and as the door closes she brings her arm down quickly to a very sudden stop.

I really like how you made the sound effects fit into the animation, with the steps and door. Most people ignored them so you show a nice attention to detail. Nice how the door bounces back a bit. Nice expressions. Watch out for the arms popping on the door, and the lip sync is a bit off.
