I think the torso should move bit more when the character talks instead of just the arms and head.

The acting choice at the end is... not appealing at all. It's bordering on creepy, and not in a good way. Try shooting some reference of yourself acting out the scene first for your next entry and I'm sure you'll see that a choice like that wouldn't naturally happen.
