Loving the 2D! Although, I think the mouse's tail is a bit too like the string of a helium balloon... I would suggest having a look at some animation from "The Great Mouse Detective", the tail has to feel like part of the body and doesn't necessarily have to move constantly. I would also add a breakdown for when the mouse sits down (around frame 139), just to really sell the weight.

I like the characters. A review of the fundaments would really help. For example. a review of Preston Blair's "wave" principle would help create a more flowing mouse tail. Overall, great job!
