I really like the idea of the demon swiping the planets.
I have the feeling of him moving a little too fast though, especially when he is leaning back. Maybe you could hold the poses a little longer? The lipsync looks decent to me, but maybe it would fit even better if the lipmovement of the angel was one or two frames earlier.
I think most of the demon's poses are charming and I like the way the demon is playing with his eyebrows :)
Overall very enjoyable work ^.^

Very nice. Spike of the Earth could be more polished. Angel's right hand gesture timing on frame 195 doesn't seem to fit with the dialog.
