It's not very clear that the man is talking to the woman until she responds. Other than that the animation is looking pretty solid.

The woman should have a little more subtle motion in her torso when she is listening. Even just have her breathing. Slight head motion with the eye darts; shoulders relaxing.

I like the old film grain filter you used, it adds a cool effect. If he's talking to the woman, we lose the connection as he doesn't address her or look at her while speaking the first line.
I like the arm folding and the eye darts. Nice work.
