Key poses and actions are good, I really like her fiddling with the glasses. Movements are too fast and dont have time to settle.

Try to limit poses to one key pose per phrase, it's tempting to do one for every word or accent but it's too busy that way. Try to move the whole torso as well, moving just the arms and head will look robotic
