It just feels very stiff and robotic. The bodies just don't move much. Go look up "The 12 Principles of Animation". Mostly needs polishing to loosen up the movements and make it feel more organic and alive.

Nice expressions! The second character seems more balanced than the first, with well-executed hand movements. Pay attention to where the second character's feet are. Seems like he slid around at 'Thank you very much'.

There's not an idea going on, but it looks like you had fun getting lip sync down and some body expressions.
